Boot Clamps Loosened?

I got into the throttle the other day, after driving like the cost of fuel is sky high, and when the boost got up the old girl sat down. First thing I did was look in the mirror. Didn't see any smoke or oil bellowing up from the rear so I kept going. I immediately noticed zero boost and warm egt's at light throttle. I found a safe place to pull over and found the top hose had blown off the intake manifold and no clamp. I got out the trusty duct tape and did an emergency repair and back tracked to find the clamp. After reinstalling the clamp, and removing the duct tape, I checked the rest for tightness and found all but one loose. Moral to the story. Check those clamps frequently.

Are you running silicon boots and t-bolt clamps? The t-bolts I got from airflo never back off, especially the ones on silicon.
