Blower fan question

Is there any way to get the fan to actually move air?. In my truck , 92 w350, the ac fan barely moves any air at all, you can feel just a tiny bit. is this normal.

I don't have ac but my heater defroster moves good air, maybe your ductwork is blocked or came apart inside the dash?

Are you getting all fan speeds? Do a search on hvac box cleaning. I bet yours is full of crud. The heater and AC in these trucks is usually top notch
