Bleeding power steering . . .

vacuum pump is pumping. got most of the fluid out when the pump was off, I jacked it up and turned the wheels back and forth to get most of the fluid out of the gearbox/lines. I like the idea of adding a filter and cooler, I'll do a search on that...unless any of you happen to be subscribed to a thread covering that.

eng. off turn hard left and start eng, that should do it, unless or course it is now air locked, if thats the case remove return hose and stick in gallon can,and start all over.

hooked a vacuum pump up to the top of the reservoir and let it run, worked really well...brakes and steering are great now.
