Biggest tires under a first gen?

I'm running 315/75R16 Buckshots on 2nd gen chrome wheels with worn out front springs and it will rub the back of the fender if you hit a bump in a hard turn. Believe I would be in decent shape with fresh stock springs as far as that goes but it also rubs the drag link end in a hard right turn. I'm thinking its time for a 4" or maybe even 6" lift. Can anyone recommend one.

The guy I bought it off of told me it had 3 inch springs in it, but im not sure. I have only had it for about 2 months, its my first diesel and and you cant kick the smile from my face.

Here are some tires I think look great. The largest they make are 285/75R16, which are 32.6 " or (33") and 11" wide w/ a max rim of 8". I looking at the 10 ply
235/85R16 , the stock size for the D250.
