Big Rig Sound...

4" straight from downpipe to rear differential, 4" flex over axle (temp), 5" outlet.

$40 & 3 hours at home..

Looks cool! If you need to get the tailpipe to go over the axle, the place I got my exhaust (Bigexhaust.com) sells the pieces seperately.

wannadiesel, thanks for the link. I've been there before, checking stuff out. I found a local truck shop that bends 4" & 5" with mandrel, for $30 they'll bend me the proper radius for going over the axle... then I'll weld in place. My system turned out pretty nice, and strong. This isn't my first rodeo though, My brother and I have built several custom exhaust systems for our hot rods & projects as well as friends' cars. the 4" & 5" was a little tougher to work with, but it turned out great.

Cool. I wish I had the fab skills to build my own exhaust and not have it drag on the ground, rattle against stuff, leak, and generally look like crap.

Smokin, I thought about a single stack. I've been thinking about making a "Y" so I can run a stack, or take it off and run through the tailpipe when I want. Do you have pics or you setup?
