Big line/ piston pump list. Is it complete?

I am going to the second gen piston pump and 3/8 line.

I already have the :
Pump
regulator, from vulcan
plenty of 3/8" hose rated for diesel

I will be purchasing:

Piston pump spacer and 2 gaskets
flexible pick up tube from Glacier
fuel pressure sender tee for the gauge to be installed
One 6an 14mm adapter (LP out)
Three m12 adapters (IP, Filter in, filter out)
Four straight 6an push lock fittings for the adapters.

I need to know what fittings are needed to connect a 3/8 line into the liftpump ???

LMK, if I missed somthing.

Thanks
Chris

I am almost 99% sure that the intake side of the lift-pump is 1/4-NPT.

If so, Vulcan has 6AN x 1/4NPT adapters.

The AN fittings make pump removal/installation a breeze.

I just wish I knew where to get studs to mount the pump with, instead of the bolts; it can become a juggling act, trying to line up the pump, a gasket, a spacer, and another gasket, and still get the bolt threaded in the hole.

Looks like you'll need a pushlock fitting for the pickup tube connection. Another for the lift pump connection, two for the T. The lift pump inlet is 1/4npt pipe thread, a 1/4npt x 6an adaptor. If you want a 90* fitting at the lift pump inlet, you can get a cheap hydraulic 6an x 6an 90* or a high dollar an 90* fitting. You'll need a 90* fitting at the injection pump inlet, unless your throttle plates will clear a straight fitting. Again either a high dollar an 90 or a hydraulic 90. That might cover it.

Its a 2nd gen pump. The ID of the threads measures .710. If its a NPT I would say its around a 1/2NPT. If its a straight thread somewhere around 20mm. Just trying to get a heads up.
Thanks
Chris

the seller is asking $98.- + 9.- for shipping. I picked one at Cummins mid-south last month for $85.-. Do you have a Cummins dealer nearby?
