Best place to get an OEM front bumper?

Yes I searched, but I wanted more up to date information.

I'm looking to replace the bumper I got out of the junkyard this spring. Just not into the look anymore. I want my truck to have the OEM/sleeper look back. The above bumper weighs about 200 lbs as well.

Any good online places to get an OEM-like front bumper? Thanks!

If we were closer I'd offer to swap bumpers, ... yours would be ideal to cut out for a winch. I have the winch and have noodled out a few designs for adapters to work with trailer hitches front and back. I'd bet you'll get other swap offers, ...

Yes, the bumper I have on right now is actually a winch bumper, but without a winch. I was going to put a winch on it, then I priced winches

No sense in spending that kind of money on something that would be, in my case, purely cosmetic.

I actually have a custom rear bumper to go with the front, but I'm just not down with blacking my truck out. I like the oem chrome look better.

Rockauto is a good place to buy them, they make them with or without the holes for the LE step pads, but i think they look dump

I like the smooth chrome look myself, the rock auto bumpers seem to hold up too. I have one

I went with Brandon's recommendation. Much better on my eyes than the raider nation bumper.

An LE truck with that bumper looks naked.

Are you talking about the black padding that it has on the top? (The LE bumper)

Looking good!

I need to take a pic of mine... The PO tucked the bumper inwards and looks good.

Looks good, clean. "Bumpers" on these trucks are very cosmetic. One little bump into something and they crumple. Very little bump. Just touch it. Backed into a tree at 3 mph tops, rear oem bumper is toast. Did save the camper and sheetmetal though.

Sort of a waste to make a bumper that can't come in contact with anything. But what can you do. The alternative is the 200 pound locomotive cow catcher.

Seems like there is a nitch market for a bumper that looks and installs clean, cost's 300 bucks (vs. $1200, $1700, etc) that can actually "bump" (ergo bumper?) into something.
