Might try and find a local DeeZee dealer. That's what I got for my ride. If you get the tailgate protector, use the Phillips head screws in the middle of the piece, and a couple 5/16" sheet metal screws in the holes that are already there, or the first time you drag something heavy over it you will rip the darn thing off. After that, it will be too bent up to fix, and you'll get to buy a new one. Or so I hear anyway.

If you need some for the first gen body and can't find them, let me know. A guy I use to buy my truck caps from had a set of window visors for my 92 when I bought it. He may have some stuffed away collecting dust like these were.

I got mine from Pep Boys, they had a sale with free shipping one time so I grabbed them. Normally shipping is as much as the rails because of the length.

I think Dee Zee is the only company that still makes them.

My tailgate cap was bent pretty good when I got the truck, but I managed to get it straight with a mallet and a 2X4.

I bought mine when I was still working at the dealer. I thought I paid a little to much at the time, but they aren't "fading" as fast as the deezee's. They are also a little thicker than any of the other caps I have seen.
