Bad vibrations, not the usual kind

By vibration, I have a good example:
Imagine sawzalling off your exhaust and the high speed rattle vibration that takes over the entire truck, that's exactly what it is like. Its not a gentle rocking, its not a misfire sound, its a high speed rattle that increases with rpms in park neutral, drive or reverse until maybe 1500 rpm.
It rattles every flexible body panel, every plastic, and its impossible to use the mirrors to see out of. They vibrate soooo bad, and the glass has fallen out of them in the past. i picked an idle that had the least vibe, but as soon as I accelerate I hit rpms thats are brutal. its a higher frequency vibration than say a low rpm idle chug and bump. its like sawing sheetmetal at full spped with a sawzall.
I think girls will love to ride in this truck if you know what I mean.

I got it, i got it!!!!
I loosened the transfercase rubber mounts and it went away instanstly!
So happy. They aren't bad but were a bit too squished down.
Thanks for all the help and input!

By t-case mount i mean the same trans mounts as everyone else. They are kinda between the two so i picked t-case.
BAD NEWS- TWO NEW COMPLETE MOUNTS INSTALLED AND THE VIBE IS BACK. ITS DEFINITELY ENGINE OR TRANS CREATED AND IS BEING TRANSMITTED THRU THE MOUNTS. WITH THE NEW MOUNTS ITS NOT AS STRONG BUT IT STILL FLUTTERS THE MIRRORS AT DIFFERENT IDLE ENOUGH TO NOT REALLY BE ABLE TO FOCUS AT WHAT IM SEEING.
DANG DANG DANGIT
SO IM BACK TO LOOKING FOR WAYS TO TEST MISFIRES, ETC. CERTAINLY THE ENGINE SHAKES AT IDLES BUT IT SMOOTHES OUT AT 1500 AND HIGHER RPM
THE KSB IS FUNCTIONING AND AT BOTH TIMINGS THE ENGINE STILL RATTLES. AGAIN THIS IS AN UNUSUAL VIBE AND I AM NOT A CUMMINS NUBE.

93-331 Please elaborate on what was installed incorrectly and how. I replaced mine today and removed originals, but maybe I missed something though unlikely.
Glad to hear it solved your issue at least.

Mine were installed incorrect all together. This is the order mine were installed (which is completely wrong) from the bottom....
Bolt, washer, lower bushing, crossmember, upper bushing, trans mount plate, washer, nut.
I had a vibration that was so bad I couldn't hardly drive the truck and my outside mirrors would need adjusted after each red light. With the new bushings I installed them correctly from the top....
Bolt, washer, top mount, trans mount plate, lower bushing (with steel insert), crossmember, lock washer, nut.
I do have a very slight vibration still but I'm thinking that maybe the transmission mount being incorrect may have caused damage to the engine mounts so I'll be checking and replacing them if needed.
Does your truck vibrate sitting in neutral while at a stop light or only while there is a load on the engine?

I don't believe they could vibrate loose with a lock washer. I did notice that if the bushings aren't placed perfectly in the transmission mount the metal sleeve could be hitting metal causing a vibration. The key is no metal on metal contact except for the lock washer and nut on the cross member.
