automatic to manual trany????
hello to all, i am new to posting stuff here but iv have been read hundreds of posts on here and have learned so much everyone on here has been so helpful and so i hope that some one could help me with my situation. i have an auto tranny in my 1990 ctd 4x4 and i need to rebuild it but i would rather have a manual tranny, like a 5 or 6 speed, so my question is has any one here done this if so what would it cost to change over and would i have to use the getrag or could i put in a 1994 and newer ctd manual tranny any information would help thanks
