Anyone else regret installing polyurethane control arm bushings?

Ever since I installed poly control arm bushings I get lots of squeaking now.
I'm thinking of doing the job over and using regular control arm bushings this time. Has anyone else had this problem with poly bushings?

I actually googled it and found alot of folks on mustang forums general concensus suggests proper lubrication before installation however in your situation some prefer using "White Lithium Grease" which makes sense scince its not water soluable, a.k.a the same stuff you use in the lower end of an outboard engine so water from rain is not going to wash it off. Id probably try to clean off any gunk you might have already tried.
