Anybody else have one of these?
This aparent electrical junction point is on the driver side inner fender. I have looked forthese on other trucks and have not seen a single one. Just wondering if this was a factory piece or an electrician wannabe solution. If anyone has one of these on their truck I would like to see a pic of how it is supposed to look just can't imagine this being a factory piece. Thanks.

I've seen something similar when working with my Sparky, but in residential homes, and not on a truck.
Looks as though it was used to take power from the battery to either a plow, or a PTO, or some other heavy draw accessory, such as a winch.
What do the small wires lead to ?

Looks to be a way to split big draw into 3 pieces, definitely not original...Mark

It doesn't have dual batteries, that would be ok. When I got the truck it didn't have anything extra except some Piaa lights on the front which I removed. I am in the process of doing a restoration would like to know how it was originally so I can do away with it. Is dual batteries something people add and if so what are the real benefits? Does the dodge service manual everybody talks about show anything on this, how it was originally to be exact? Thanks.

It is an Aluminum Lug used in switchgear and larger breaker panels, it can be used to connect conductors to both the Neutral and Hot buss bars.

It appears they are hot, how are they insulated from the body ground?
If you wear a big gold chain around your neck I would recommend you remove it before you lean into your engine compartment.

The lugs are made into a plastic frame that mounts to the fender and that is what insulates it, but the plastic is breaking into several pieces that is why I want to get rid of it. The truck it's in is a 92 W350 CTD. Like I said trying to do a rebuild and this is something I would like to see go, never undertook a project this big so I'm learning as I go on a lot of this stuff any good advice is appreciated.
