Well fellas , here we go again.Caver Dave and I are going to attack this thing in a little while ,I hit it with ether a few min ago and it started to crank but then quit.I just want to come away tonight knowing what is wrong.We will be checking back in every little while,for any new ideas you boys might think of.Thanks again for all the help.........

When it originally happened you said everytime you started it, it would rev like crazy right? i know there is a lot more to it, but one time on a long car trip while i was driving the low idle lock nut loosened and the low idle screw worked up tight so that when i hit the clutch it reved like crazy. i don't know that this would effect your situation and feel you would have seen it by now but i missed it for a while on the side of the road. Check your PM.

This may sound stupid, and I didn't read all of the other posts, but are you sure that what is in the tank is what is supposed to be in there?
You may want to get a coulpe of gallons of diesel in a can and put your lift pump supply line into it for a while to rule out someone putting gas or water into your tank. It may take a while of cranking to get the new fuel through the motor.

It's all I could think of right now, providing the cam is still moving.
