I've been trying to follow all the posts recently on OD problems and the TPS. My problem that just popped up is that the truck hunts for OD between 40 and 52 mph. Between 35 and 40 it seems OK, and when I get it up to about 52, OD locks right in and stays in. <br>I checked my TPS as Bob wrote in the FAQ's, it works exactly like it should, nice and smooth, no jumps. Is this problem the speed sensor? Does anyone have any procedure to test it? The dealer now wants $50 for the part, and I'd like another expert opinion before I go changing it!<br>Thanks in advance,<br>Dan

 

I have the sam problem as you. But my numbers are a little higher. It hunts for od between 50 nd 60 after 60 it is in and stays in.<br>DM01
