My WTS light works, but only the first start of the day when the truck is very cold unlike my 2001 the WTS light comes on every time just on shorter when its warm. The water in fuel light & WTS light blinks on momentarily when I start the truck warm. My headlights pulse too at an idle.

That's normal operation, Doug. If the air temp in the manifold is warm enough you just get a "bulb check" light. The grid heaters only come on when the temp is low, and the WTS light stays on with the grid heaters.
