93 CTD value, What would you pay??

Anyone want to quess what my 93 is worth in the real world? It seems Kelly blue book and the like are not so accurate sometimes.
Here it is in detail. 93 CTD,250, LE package, PW, PS,PB,cruise, tilt, air,pwr locks,CD, 111k miles. White ext, blue int. Factory HD trans coolers, trans reblt, reblt Inj pump, new tires, Rhino liner, running boards, air bags, 5th wheel hitch, reciever hitch, just had flex plate R and R and trans service. very clean, some paint peeling on hood and roof gutters. No dents, if it wasent for the bad paint, it would look near new visually.

Any takers?????
Apache.

to me, the problem is it's 2wd and automatic. Not even a truck I'd consider owning, but I know others feel differently.

Not sure, but maybe $5-7 thousand? We payed $8800 for my 94 4x4 with 160,000 miles on it after taxes in pretty decent shape. There are plenty of people who would buy that truck, if you dont like shifting gears, then its the perfect truck(especially to get to work and back) as long, as you dont need 4 wheel drive. In my case, i need 4wd(live on a farm), so i wouldnt need it, but im sure plenty of people would like to have it. My dad, and I looked at a 90 model(i think) 2wd dually 5spd that was pretty ragged out besides the motor that they wouldnt come off of $3,000 for. Good luck selling it.

Yeah, thats the problem, I wish it was 4x4, Ive seriously considered making one truck from the dodge and my chevy 4x4. The chevy would need a HD front end and the rear probably grenade, also the TC would need replacing, just isnt worth the effort. I know a shop who put a CTD in a 84 Chevy 1 ton flattie, but the cross member had to be hacked to fit the motor along with other mods but it was pretty slick when done.

Mine is an club cab and had alot of recent work and a few extras when I bought it like the gauges, exhaust, T/C and also had inj and trans rbld, overall your truck and mine sound about the same. I paid a couple K more than I should have but got caught up in the spirit of the Cummins spell. Your truck would be worth around $9K -10K up here if you find the right buyer.

truck values

I paid 7k for mine and when I got it was near flawless condition, the paint just started peeling and it has weathered in the last few years cause it sits outside and I work at the coast. Overall it still looks great. Ive had people try to pull me over on the freeway wanting to buy it, but no dice. I cant think what id replace it with but a nother CTD, maybe a 4x4 but the prices are high here too, and they seem to be pretty thrashed from ranch use. We seen one the other day that had more hay growing in the cracks than we have on our property

Dont know how the prices are out there, but you could sell yours, and buy an older 4wd cummins that maybe needed some work for pretty cheap. Check my photo gallery for pics of my truck i got for $8800. I think thats pretty cheap for what it is, and the motor is in great shape, and has a lot of miles left in it in my opinion. Are you seriously thinking about selling it, or just wondering what you could get for it?

Ive been seriously considering it, even making a for sale sign for it ,although its on my property where no one will ever see it. We have way to many maint needing vehicles, time to down size. My chevy 4x4 just sits around rusting, and im to cheap to drive it at 8mpg, The dodge is to nice to beat up, I cant do it, just haul the camper or tow the quads. It was my commuter vehicle for a couple of years but now I use disposable cars, 1k specials.
IF I ever get off work, Rain, Earthquakes, whats next? I can post some pics of it and see what you think.
Thanks ,Apache.

Nice rig, and tempting. any more pics? how are the duallys on fuel economy? I run a small overhead camper at times and would need to look into loading on a dually. The fender width would be an issue.
Thanks. Apache.
