91 w250 rear end problem

my boss told me the other day when following me down the interstate that my truck looked like the rear end was "dog legging" or kinda sideways with the front
when i was going straight. i know the rear axle was replaced before i bought it. i am wondering how i can check that or attempt to fix it. also, when i am driving along and completely let off the accelerator the rear end kicks a little sideways. i am assuming the two are related?

Broken center pin in a leaf spring most likely.

Measure from front and rear of wheel well to tire on each side, if one side is alot different than the other than a centre pin has sheared.

Could be those too but i'm not sure if they would make the problem bad enough to be visible from behind, possible though. Definitely worth a check.

I used to be a mechanic for a roofing company and the guys were always hitting the curbings with the duals while backing over the curbing and were always shearing the pins on the Internationals and LN's.
I had recovered one truck that took almost the entire freeway lane to drive straight.

A couple of times they hit so hard they bent the spring near the front eye.
