Question 91.5-93 power mods

I know this has been covered countless times before, but I am just looking to be steered in the direction of where to find more specific info. Most modded Cummins seem to be from the non I/C era and then the P-pump on. I wanted an intercooled model since my ultimate goal is to tow a 7k-10k trailer. Mostly a 5th wheel camper. I picked up a 93 model that was t-boned by a powerstroke. Killed the Ford, by the way. After removing the lines to the remote trans cooler and routing them back to the trans, I drove the beast up on the trailer and hauled her home. I have to find a 5 speed setup, then the combo will be used for my Crew build. I know the 91.5-93 models are harder to turn up from stock form. I am shooting for 250-300hp. I want to keep this as inexpensive as possible, yeah, I know. I will do the pump tweaks. It already has the bhaf. Probably do some form of larger injectors, although not sure which ones to grab. (Note-I don't like excessive black smoke, so that rules out PODs) I will spend $ for quality, I don't want to cheap out on those for sure. I have read about the H1C hybrid turbo build, as well as hx35s, but need additional input. School me. Thanks

I plan on a full 4" exhaust, a slicker downpipe and intake pipe, and when needed, rebuild turbo to a 60mm housing and possibly 14cm wastegate. I know the gauges will be my first mod. Tell me more about your combo in your sig,

If your planning on running a 5spd put the 351cw turbo on, better than a 60mm upgrade and exh housing for the same price or less. As said above the I/c versions are just as easy to turn up as the non-I/c, they just have a little less injector which isn't a bad thing. We need more air in these engines long before maxing out the stock injectors.

I run 40 psi with stock inj and I would still like less smoke (but it's not much really).

I made 260/646 with stock 93 injectors, pump tuning, and a phatshaft 62. Stock everything else except for the NV4500.

Okay, did some reading on the 351. This seems to be what I am looking for in a turbo. I know there are 2 variations of the 351. One is a cw, and one is ve? The cw is the one I want, correct? Which engine(s) and what years of trucks did they come on? I believe I have read 04.5-07.5? Were they on both 5.9s and 6.7s? This will all come after the swap, but if I run across a CL score, I'll go ahead and snag one. Also, if clocked, can I reuse my existing I/C tubing, or will I need new? Other mods to oiling, etc? Thanks

351cw from 04.5-07 5.9 only.

You will need a new IC pipe regardless how it is mounted.

If you search "my project" and my user name you can find pics of my install and parts that are needed.
