Well I ended up selling my 91.5 d250 and kick myself in th *** everyday because of it, anyhow I found a 90 w250 5spd truck for $2500. Is that a good deal? Truck has 180k miles, looks rough but runs excellent. Also any benefits to intercooling it since it is a non intercooled truck? What should i check before I drop cash in his hand?

 

Yes, it's a good deal.

Roof rot, floor rot, rear spring hanger rot, frame cracks by the steering box, Getrag noisy in gears other than 4th.
