9 pin trailer plug on first gen?
Hello, I recently bought a first gen to pull the bracket car. Well I didnt look at the plug until I went to hook up the trailer. It has a 9 pin plug? My trailer has the typical 7 way rv plug. Do they make an adapter for this or is it just best to get rid of the 9 pin on the truck? I have looked everywhere locally and cany find any 9 pin plugs of any sort. Is this a factory plug? Please help. Thanks

I am unfamiliar with the 9 pin - but think I saw one in an agricultural setting once. My reccomendation is to change your truck to reflect what you intend to tow. Changing to a standard 7 RV makes easy to tow someone elses trailer. There are some nice plugs for the truck side that has the 7 pin and a 4 pin - useful because it eliminates the need for a pigtail.
