Gear Vendors, US Gear, Mitchell Gear Splitter to name a few. Doug Nash originally built the US Gear Dual Range IIRC, so there is a Nash Auxiliary transmission out there too. There are a few others but they may not live up to the torque of the 6BT Cummins.

They make them, but be prepared for a $2000+ job. Im going the Getrag route, $600 transmission/clutch/crossmember/driveshafts, $300 slave/master cylinder kit with prebled lines, and I went ahead and got a Southbend clutch. $1400 total, gonna be a fairly simple swap when I get the time. Move my wiring, since its all in the slave cylinder hole, pull my brake pedal and slide the clutch/brake pedal on there, cut a hole in the floor, and stick the getrag in there like it was born there. Okay maybe a little harder than that, but consider a gear vendors new is either 2200 or 2600, I cant remember, +$600 for driveshafts/mounting kit from them.

727 to getrag swap is actually cheaper than a GV! just more hunting for parts and sweat involved!

Yeah, but you still only have a .77 final drive ratio.

But like Im gonna do, keep the 3.07s out back, atleast for a while, youve got a truck capable of WELL over 100, not that youd want to in one of these...
