HAHA!!! Its on its great I love it!!!! First I ran it with the stock air box, great increase but no sound. Then I ran it without the stock air box, and holy bleep bleep what a difference!! At a full throttle run max egt was about 1050. Boost didnt increase at all its still at 20 lbs but it gets there in the blink of an eye and the truck gains speed soo much faster. Now I really cant wait for those M3 pins to be finished. Ill order that and the timing spacer, start with the pin, then the spacer. Thanks to the guys that found the holset manuals and who have done the info in the sticky both great resources!!! Ill be at truck fest on aug 8th for sure!!! See if I can beat my 17.39. Ive added the turbo and the piston pump since last time so we shall see!!!

about the cut-out, I almost flipped when I got mine, thought it got damaged in shipping. Like said before it is for balancing purposes.
I did the same mods: same turbo with 60 mm wheel and 16 non wg housing and the differences are noticeable: 3rd and 4th are a lot stronger, feels like I lost a tiny bit in the lower rpm, but smack in the power band, it's on!
I smoke more at low rpm, but it clears to no haze in the power band, so that's fine. I like the setup for towing: the EGTs can climb up to 1200 easily going uphill, but a little slowdown and downshift to 4th and it all comes back down to 1000 which I see no problem for getting to the top of any hill.
Anyway, let us know of your first impressions when you take the truck out for a spin!

My only complaint is the whistle starts to drag on you after a while pulling a long hill. Yah, I can hold 1000° at 20 psi in 4th gear indefinitely.
