I called them, spoke directly to Rip (really nice guy, very helpfull). Was on the phone about 15 minutes total, well worth a call IMO.

Is 6 ft of flex enough to get from a 90 off the turbo to the bed?

Flex off the turbo??? If it's NOT stainless it won't last very long, too much heat.
Unless you need a under hood light.

It was galvanized. Too much $$$$ for the stainless.

mines galvy from about 10" back from the turbo. it's been on for almost a year with NO signs of weather. just my .02.
