You can also get them from Piers Diesel (PDR)

http://www.piersdiesel.com/

They also have an HX35 - HX40 adapter that will make the connection between your stock turbo or a hybrid '35 and the 4" downpipe too..

Build your own downer, I did and it's easy and a heck of a lot cheaper.

I made mine for my 59Ford SuperDuty yesterday in about 2 hours.

I would tell you to look at the photos in my gallery BUT they have NOT met "approval" yet.

TOTAL COST (not including electric for the welder, wire, CO2/Argon) ........ $67.00

4" downpipe

3" to 4"

Nah, Mark told me a couple of weeks ago they don't have any exhaust stuff for my '93 other than a down-pipe and clamp.

4wd too, huh? the transfer case is the tough part. mine's flex from about a foot behind the turbo to the stack. it snaked in there pretty easy. i would think that you could put a piece of flex from the downpipe to just behind the case and be just fine.

Fear

This is a link to my 4 inch downpipe with MY measurements.

I am running a 5.9 in a FORD SuperDuty and I dropped under the trans crossmember.

I feel for you, but you can work it out given enough time and effort......... lots of effort

On my ongoing project truck, I bought a pipe (actually two pieces come, but I only used the front) from Big exhaust .com. I cut off the reducer on the front and used a 4" ID/ID coupling welded to the downpipe. It fits really well around the transfer case, but you must be careful to rotate it just right to clear all the frame bracketry.

to get around my transfercase I got 4 90deg pieces, and pieced them together, its tight but it doesn't hit anything, I don't think I can get it out but who cares! Just need the down pipe now. I think im going to try my 12cm wastegated housing for awhile.
