Which one of these are DDp3'3 http://www.dynomitediesel.com/prod_d...irst+Gen/0.php . Or am I on the wrong page?
You can have an air leak without a fuel leak, pressurize the fuel tank with less than 5psi of air, then go check for wet spots.

The first ones on that page, the ***50lpm.

Thanks. Do you have a suggestion for a turbo to go with them? I was looking on eBay and I found some in my price range. I am sick of being in second gear climbing hills on the Interstate with my trailer, and if I have to replace the injectors I might as well go for broke and change the turbo also.

I'd go with a super hx40, or one of the smaller s300 variants that all the diesel performance shops sell. Or if you don't want to spend a bunch of money on a turbo, it seems people are doing well with the 3rd gen turbo the HE351.

from 1stgen.org

"Chuck @ NewEradiesel.com 740-819-0457

stock 1st gen inj - 6x.009" = .000380" total cross sectional area

2nd gen 215 tips - 4x010 = .000314(17% smaller than stock)

non ic inj - 4x12 = .000452 (19% larger than ic inj)

185's = smaller than stock

190's = smaller than stock

230's = ?

300's = ?

ddp stg III = 50 LPM (liter per minute) 5 hole extrude hone inj

330's - 5x11 = .000474 (20% larger than stock)

2nd gen 370's - 5x12 = .000565 (48% larger than stock)

ddp stg IV = 55 LPM (only 10% larger than stg III's) 5 holes <.013

pods - 4x14 = .000615 (62% larger than stock)

2nd gen 435's - 5x014 = .000769 (twice as large as stock)

custom injectors -

6x13 = .000795

5x15 = .000882

6x14 = .000923

5x16 = .001005

6x15 = .001059

5x17 = .001134 (300% larger than stock)

6x16 = .001206

5x18 = .001272

6x17 = .001360

5x19 = .001416

6x18 = .001526 (400% larger than stock)

5x20 = .001570 (josh ayers custom p-pump inj)

6x20 = .001884 (500% larger than stock)

5x22 = .001900

5x24 = .002261

6x22 = .002280 (600% larger than stock) "

Also personally I think i'd like to try some 6x12 or 6x14, but probably some 6x12 injectors. They should put out lots of fuel but still be small enough to burn clean while idling. My opinion, might be wrong though.

I just upgraded my non-I/C motor to a 54mm compressor and 3" crosspipe. It'll drop down below 300 in just a minute or two at idle. Before that, it would take about 3 minutes to drop to 350.

I suspect the I/C trucks don't do so well, since the restriction of the intercooler and you're not getting any cooling out of it when idling and sitting still.
