3500 or 4500 front end on my 92 w250
Newbie to this truck and parts guy wants this to get correct tie ends. 4x4 diesel variety. Where do I find this info. Probably super simple but not to me on this day!

SO aparently its a Dana 60 and the weight spec is on the door panel sticker..but that sticker has 4080 lbs front and teh Napa parts book (the only auto parts store in this town) calls for 3500lb (3/4' threaded portion) or 4500lb (7/8" threaded portion). I'm guessing at this point and told him to get the heavier version. I'll know tomorrow.
I've noticed 11 views and no responses so I guess no one has had this issue before and maybe Napa is not a good source for parts..but its all I have here in cle elum, WA today.

If you have a question about the specs of your truck and what to get, search for it. These are old trucks and people ask a lot of questions relating to which part to get. Post, and if no one answers in an hour or 2, search for it. Really has helped me.
