2wd Cab to a 4wd

I just picked up a 89 d250 gasser in perfect shape for cheap, my question is how hard will it be to make the 2wd cab work on my 4wd. My plan is to take the whole body from the 2wd and put it on my frame. I will take my dash and all the wiring from my cab and put it in the other cab as long as it won't be to hard to convert it to 4wd. By looking at it I think I will just need to swap out the center humps. I am also wondering if I will be able to use the carpet from the 2wd. Any suggestions would be great, I know that some of you have made the swap from 2 to 4wd in the past.

Thanks Ryan

The worst you should have to do is cut a hole for the t-case lever.
