I saw this for the first time today. Maybe I'm years behind, but does anybody know the full story?

Depending on how you look at it, those are some lucky people. Look how far down that drop is. Yikes!!

This was in 'Other' a few weeks back by a guy that saw it at the scene. He said the trailer began to jackknife before the bridge and ice took it to its toll.

The trailer is what kept the truck on the bridge.

It looks like a receiver hitch using a weight distributing ball mount but without bars.

This wreck was on the news about 1-2 months ago. It happened on the Trans Canada Highway around the Kamloops area in B.C.

Guy was okay, when the fire crew arrived on site, they had the guy get pulled through the rear slider. Scary indeed, if I remember from the footage, it was a long ways down.

Wow! Hope everyone is alright.
I dont think that is a first gen trait though.
Friends of mine in galveston came across a guy who had a late-90s powerjoke 4door teetering on the edge of a levy and in an effort to pull it back on level land it snapped the frame in half.
The truck was "salvaged" and sent to the wrecker yard. My friends are also buddys of the wreckers and picked themselves up a slightly used 7.3 motor =D
