There is a Red first gen with a banks badge going south on the tollway each morning that I pass by going the other way. Also a CC blue and silver 2wd that come across floating around the area. Few and far between. Once you get into rural Illinois and Indiana seems like there is one or more in everytown you pass thru.

3 in the drive, and one in town that i sold. there are at least 4 more north of nashville near me as well. other than me, they all see them as old reliable slow farm trucks.

Now, 2nd gens, too many to count. 3rd gens, sometimes I will be setting at a redlight with 3 of them. They are everywhere.
What part of Texas and what river is Poolville near? I'm here in south Texas and see several every day.

I did run into a beautiful original "little red truck" today. Gasser or not, that thing looked *GOOD*.

I wanted to go offer the guy something, but my wife held me back & made me drive on.

There's a gaggle of newer, round, Dodge/Cummins here, but there are a few 1gens and some great looking "Little Red Truck" gassers.

My stock first gen that smoked by a golf cart once...

I don't think 130 RWHP is very good in much of any automotive contest.

In east river SD, it seems like there are quite a few 1st gens, usually single cab 4X4 farm pickups. In west river, they are somewhat of an oddity, but there are a lot of gen 2s and a pile of 3rd gens. I think that the few smart people of east river bought a Dodge diesel a long time ago, and it has just kept going, so they haven't needed a new pickup yet!
