1st gen pulling the sled
I thought some of you 1st gen guys might get a kick out of some pictures I found of my truck (trying) to pull the sled at the DHRA event in Houston. The truck strated to hop when I built boost so I had to shut it down, but it was real fun. I'll be trying it again soon, but next time I'll have a solid suspension!
A special thanks goes out to JDGnut for all of the work he has helped me with and for hauling it to Houston....I couldnt have gotten it done without you.

It clears up under boost a little, but there is still a good haze at WOT. The truck didnt pull far at all and we actually renamed the truck "Bucky" after the pull.
The truck is a running a 12mm pump that I modified myself, HTB2 64/B2 twins, custom injectors, and a solid 20psi fuel pressure.
Never had it on a dyno with the current setup, but it made 355hp with a single turbo wastegated to 32psi and a smaller set of injectors about 2 years ago. Stomp went for a test drive in it 2 months ago so he might have an estimate on what it's putting down right now....
Sled pulling is alot of fun, but the 1st gens are at a serious disadvantge since they are so much lighter than the newer trucks. It just wont be any fun when something breaks.

Yea.. the pics are much better than the video.. ... And some NOS spraying DMax owes me a new hitch pin...
We'll get the bugs worked out of the 1st Gen....
On the NPP Clip.. the second 1st Gen sounds like its P-Pumped....

What boost psi are you running? Seems like a lot of fuel to be hazing with a 64/B2... Maybe time for a Silver Bullet/Big Brother
