For Rifleman USMC
I've put about 2000 miles on it so far, took it from CA to Tahoe, then off to elko NV, then to Yellowstone, then JAckson for a spell and overnight in park city, UT then thru Reno on teh way back to Sac. With the 14 WG housing, 58 MWE cold side, Bank$ intercooler and stock pump I can't get it over 1050 EGT pre turbo pulling grades with the cabover camper! It is a bit anemic though.. max boost is 20 psi. (stock of course) I haven't even touched the fuel pin because the factory paint is still on the afc cover screws...
Running like a champ.
But I have a few things to do to it when I get home...
Put Borgeson shaft on
Fix Cowl Cracks ( I can hear em on the pax side)
If I get real ambitious I will remove flywheel and bore for an input ball bearing and replace rear main seal
Do the KDP fix and replace front crank seal.
look for a ramcharger reinforcement plate for the steering box mount...
Install 9/16" wheel bolt/studs - all 32
The sachs is like brand new. I took a look at it when I pulled it all down to replace the throwout bearing which I thought was the vibe feel and noise when pushing in the clutch at high RPM but it didn't fix it. I'm afraid the bronze input shaft bushing is compromised...

Papecat, Nice truck! I like the 19.5's on that truck a little better than your D250. ![Big Grin](https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Looks like you're running EFI live custom tuning there in your passenger seat

Just lucked out when I started dating the wife that her father was into the same stuff I was. He has the welding knowledge and supplies while I have the vehicle knowledge to build our mudders. When he started looking for a new haul truck I told him all the good things about the 12 Valves (he also drives a 2001 f350 thats on its 7th trans). So then he bought his followed shortly by me buying mine, which he spoted while shopping but wasnt what he wanted seeing as he wanted a dually. Also his is a mix of some years. Was wrecked at some point and has some mixed parts in there. I think it actually a 93 cab on a 91 or 92 frame and bed.
