yea when i bought it, it had 108,xxx miles on it. It sat so long without really much driving so shortly after i bought it, i had to replace the rear main seal

I'm not shure i could find the place any more, i bought the 3 piece manifold from a machine shop in northern IN, that cast them, 15 years ago.
i found the address in a Green Magizine.
supposed to add 10 hp, but on mine it added 12.
i have 2-- 5in straits but it's kinda loud when you plowing, sounds awsome with the muflers on.

It's a 1949 John Deere ( D ) 502 ci factory, 900 rpm, 4.7 mph wide open, production run 1923-1953 with a few changes in cubic inch and sheet metal.
i have one more pic to *****... the simulators are on to stay and the stacks are off to stay.
