Loaded weight puts it right at 8k. The 530I on the back is around 3500
Found out trailer brake controller isn't working. But made trip with no issues. Gotta love 1st gen tow this weekend and next diesel drags weekend after that on 30th

Figured I'd post a pic with my new baloney skins on it. They really ride nice. Too bad the trim rings don't work any longer, as the weights they put on the rims prevent the rings from going back on.

Anyone else experience this ?

NJTMAN -

Truck is looking great. Call me nuts but I love the stock wheels on a 1st gen. Too bad on the weights. Maybe there are different weights that won't interfere. Anymore big truck projects planned for the summer?

Any competent tire shop can put them on the inside of the rim.

I must be nuts too..... as I think they (stock rims) are really cool too !

I would like to.... in this order

KDP
water pump (preventative maintenance)
Idler spring w/pulley
Hoses
Flush

and

Rear springs and air bags

Grind out the roof gutter and re-seal it

Valve cover gaskets

Fuel pin and 3200 spring bump the timing a little

Flush the trans again (did it in January, and I want it re-done before winter)
