If you have a good rapport with your agent, he should go to bat for you if the insurance company balks on the pay out. If he doesn't, you insist that he does, stand your ground. It may take some prying, but in the end they should pay (that's what they're there for). Good luck and keep us informed.

Bill. Somehow there is a goof up with my policy. Apparantly, there is only a $5-K limit on Max.
Looks like I may get the truck fixed, remove the aluminum bed, and sell the rest of the truck (parting it out, or as a whole) at Carlisle's Mopar meet this summer. I just don't have the time (or mind frame) to re-build this truck (not to mention the bed would be every bit of $9 TO $10-k to have a new one built.)
If I can repair the bed, it should be an easy $3 to $4-K.
Ahhhhh crap!
We will see.

Dual whips look cool but a single whip in the center of the truck will work better in most cases, sometimes the dual whips will interfere with each other and make the signal weaker.

Dual whips make the antenna array directional. They will increase receptivity ahead of you and behind you and decrease receptivity to the sides.
