what is required to do this ? also need it to be a legal swap out for California emissions and smog req.

estimated cost? parts list?

You will have to have the same year or newer engine with all the smog equipment in place and functioning. I would get a donor for the parts if I were to take on such a project.

You'd be better off to post up in the 2nd Gen forum for more info on your swap. Dodge never put a V10 in a 1st gen!
