1993 350 cummins ext cab single rear wheel??

did they make a 1993 350 cummins ext cab with the single wheel rear tire?

ive seen the dually 350 ext cab but not the 350 single wheel ext cabs

Thanks

ive tried goggling it and i cant find anything

could it have been a special order?

The reason i ask is because this is how my truck is. I try decoding the vin and it said 350 cummins less dual rear wheels? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have owned a few 1st gen W-350 SRW Cummins 12Vs.
I bet it is stock, or someone could have added the emblems over the years.
Checking the GVWR might give you some clues.
8510# is the GVWR on a '92 12V auto W-250 ex cab I just checked for you.

I believe the 235/85R16 tire is the factory size for the SRW Cummins trucks.

Ya that's a DRW vin although they did make SRW 350's in 1993, that truck left the factory as a dually

Well yea they did make 350 SRW trucks, 1 more leaf in the rear pack, bigger rear brakes (1/2" wider) and a higher GVW. Compared to a 250, barely any difference. got you a bigger frame on the 89-91.5 trucks if it's a 350 even if its SRW.

Duallies on the other hand have a bigger D70HD rear verses the D70U rear the SRW trucks have.

Not sure if that decoder is right for an older truck like yours. I'm pretty sure that on the older trucks, the 6th digit was a 3 regardless of whether it was a DRW or SRW type 350.

Also, note the 4th digit indicates a GVWR over 10,000 lbs, if that decoder is to be believed. A SRW 350 would have a GVWR of 8800 lbs, and therefore should be a "K", not an "M".

well heck... the title does show one ton. And it is a 1993.

Also it has the regular bed with one tire in the back. not duals

So was it a SRW from the factory? How can i for sure find this answer out?

It doesn't just have the 350 badges on it . Like i said the title shows 1 ton
