Could be...What would be cooler to have a older nice condition diesel truck with your vintage muscle car on the trailer..
The 1st gen and now the 2nd gen are not just work trucks....Guys are doing frame off restorations on these trucks..
I will take any older restored vehicle before a new vehicle.....One thing....Who wants the large payments on a new vehicle that you can't fix by yourself anymore..
I ran into a older fellow about 4 years ago with a mint 1st gen...It to only had 21,000 Kms...It was traded in at a dealer...I don't know what he paid for it...

Anyone check out the "brand new" dodge on ebay ??
1993 Dodge Ram 2500
Springfield NJ. Guy put over$40k in parts alone into the truck.
I guess if money was no object, you could buy a brand new "modded" 1st gens. Personally I like the burgundy truck in Id. with 60K miles on it.

I'm pretty certain that those 37" Toyo MTs are going to be closer to the body than appropriate with only a 4" lift.
Pretty truck though. Except for the overgrown stacks.

Yeah, I don't like the stacks, or the blacked out grille. To me, it needs a chrome nose to match my rumnumb nose
These trucks that sold are really nice.. but I just don't have that much money sitting around...

Well...I got curious to see what the final bid was...The final bid went to $22,676....But the owner wants $30,101.
I missed some of the extra pics...Man those stacks are huge..Look like 7 inch..

We must be looking at different trucks (or he has it listed in more than one place). The bid right now is $22,600 with 3 days 5 hours left on E-bay. He does have a "buy it now" for $30,000.

I figured it must be, couldn't be two of them. He must have listed it in multiple places. He has obviously put alot of money in it, but it would make me nervous buying it. If the guy's quality of work was suspect or he used a hodge-podge of parts from this and that...it could be a nightmare to keep up and running. But, if it was done right, it'd be like a new truck I suppose.
