Yeah we are moving to Tulsa Oklahoma on the 15th of next month. First thing when I cross the Nevada state line the bullet button from My AR 15 goes out the window
It really is bad here for a small town. transients everywhere. Mostly let out of jail/prison from the last two rounds of decriminalization.

I have some Vietnam era 30 rounders in good shape and some 10/30CA legal that can be converted to 30 rounds after We get out of here.

You are lucky you don't know.
here is a good description. now it has been banned in California. if you had one before jan1 2017 they will let you keep the gun if you register it with the state DOJ. or remove the "evil features". flash hider, pistol grip collapsible buttstock.,

Here's the really Stupid part. The one on the left is CA legal and can have a standard button mag release. the one on the right is non compliant. both are identical internally.

It is a frustrating little device that uses a "tool" to do what most people can do with the tip of their index finger.
However it beats dissembling the rifle to load it. Kommiefornia requires a fixed magazine on what they call assault weapons.
