1990 D250 Front Brake Rotor Question
It is time to replace the front rotor on my D250. The truck has the hub/rotor as one cast piece. The parts houses are showing it to be a two piece set up.
Is there an updated set up I am not aware of?
Thanks!

I found a single cast AC Delco listed for the 4000 lb axle. A two piece can be easiers to work on, provided that are bolted to the hub from the back like my old MB. Having either/or is just crazy.

Are you sure you can't pound out the studs? I know they appear to be a one piece...but they should come apart. If the studs coming through the rotor are "staked" on the front side of the rotor...small punches set 90* apart around the base of the stud...then it's a one piece rotor. Other wise you just need to hammer out the old studs....then replace the rotor...And hammer back in the old studs.
