Any progress on the build?
The big Carlisle weekend is getting closer...What is it - 8 or 9 weeks out?

it's been a busy few weeks. I used some heat shielding on the under side of the cab because of the close proximity of the exhaust.
I also added a coolant bypass to the head, which is just a little insurance.
The Vintage Air kit is advertised to cool and heat big sedans and station wagons, so I am hoping it's sufficient for this cab. I made some adapter plates for the defrost ducts before I found they offer Mopar ducts on their website. I'll delete the inside of the glove box to get it to fit cleanly.

I moved the bulkhead connector over to make room for the clutch master cylinder and drilled the holes for the mount. Thats a fantastic opportunity to create a few new swear words, and I even have the dash surround out.
I found one good non IC harness to use and that will be swapped into the 1985 dash.
I started the Dynamat marathon also.
And Dorman still makes a headlight switch plug repair pigtail for our trucks.

Whew!!! You HAVE been busy. If you've been getting the rains we have, then you've had shop time instead of hay time...
After Carlisle, bring it on down to Bowling Green for MoParty in September to show off the progress since Carlisle.

I decided to reuse the 1985 dash surround, but the Navy Blue had to go. I've had really good success with SEM products and changed the color.
The Vintage Air unit rrquired some modifications to the steel support at the glove box.

This is where I am currently.
2009 Ram/Daimler seats. The one on the left is power. I hate sitting with my head an inch from the roof, so these will be cut down like the set in the FireWagon

Looking good my friend.
After a month of silence, I was wondering how you where making out.

What did you get done this month?
Just wondering what color rig I should have my eyes peeled for at the show in less than 2 weeks... Fire Rescue Red? Air Force Blue?
We will be in Project Covid again.
