Red face 12 valve

I have an 89 first gen, it's intercooled, has a fuel pin, I advanced my timing, pump is turned up, cold air. What are some other things I can do to it? I know injectors but I'm not sure what else I can do.

X2, in any internal combustion engine, the cheapest and easiest way to increase HP is a bigger more efficient exhaust, usually around 15%...Mark

You typed, "89 first gen, its intercooled"

It wouldn't be intercooled from the factory….did you install a Intercooler, if so what do you install?

Is the block still a '89 NON intercooled motor?

I ask as the earlier NON intercooled motor come with a much bigger injector from the factory, so I tune one differently than the other….

So you have the earlier motor with the bigger injectors in it already.
Those should be good then.
You could throw a 366 spring at it to let it rev a little more.

Do you have a pyro and boost gauge?
If so what sort of #s are you getting at WOT?

A HX35 turbo is a bolt on. Used ones are pretty reasonably priced.(most of the time)

What does the CW part mean? Is that turbo off of a certain model year or an aftermarket one?

The HE351CW is found on 04.5 to 07 5.9 powered Dodges. It spools just as fast as an HX35 but cools better.
