I guess I need to drive mine a little more...only 247K on my '95. I'm the original owner, so all of the miles are mine. Sure makes me feel good to hear you guys talking about these trucks going that many miles.

105K on my 98 12V and still going strong. Only been in the shop three times - a new headlight switch, new wheel bearing/rotor, and oh yah.... the new paint job courtesy of a hit and run driver that caused a 5 car pile-up!

Another baby here only 126k.....

but it's been pushing 300hp for about 75k....

Lots of people putting up some very impressive numbers here.

Sooooo.... where is the competition at? Anyone heard any high numbers on the duramax? or the 7.3?

I have seen a D-Max with about 300k, but the owner traded it for a Ford after his 10th time in the shop for injectors. There are a bunch of 7.3s over 500k in the transport business.

My father in law's is pushing 447,000 and it runs perfect. Hauls the hay and John Deere 3 times a week. It's a 92 350 dodge dually that has a custom 3ft stretch frame w/ 12ft diamond plate bed. Everything is original except center link in front end and tranny overhaul at 300,000 by me. Fires on the first crank everytime.

Just under 329,000 right now. Have done some major suspension work laterly, and hope it goes to 450k in the next few years.

On my 97 3500

The KDP just about got the old gal at 135K and again at 284K but survided both times.

1 st time took out the gearcase cover but missed all the timming gears

2 nd time after the KDP resting in the oil pan for 150K it wore a hole in the
pickup tube and got sucked into the oil pump ouch !!!

I guess at a measley 250k on the odometer I need to take a road trip. Fires every time and runs like a banshee. Not bad for a truck that can still knock down 21.5+ on the interstate.
