Hey Brady,
Dont you work for Industrial Injection?

Besides,
All of the 62-66mm turbos are the same. They are ALL S300 bodies with 66mm compressor wheels.

I personally have High Tech Turbo, just because they are alittle cheaper. I have also heard Industrial Injections cust. service and quality control isnt the greatest.

I've had both brands (I.I. and HTT) and they are both good, so I'm sure no matter what 66 you go with you'll be happy "IF" you have the fuel!!!

Are you sure, i sure never knew the P.Shaft series were switzer s300's..... the compressors and wheels are all diff. though right. the s300 is i believe a 54/??/13 lot of diff. between a 66/71/14. And ya i plan to have more than enough fuel to light it, but hope its still not to laggy... Whats the step UP in size from a S.P.Shaft 66, thanks OH and does anyone make a ball bearing turbo thats competive in this same size?

That looks like it could be a decent charger. There have been a couple guys that have run the 4088R as well. Not sure what kind of power they were getting with it though.

Borg Warner bought Schwitzer awhile back.
You Can get the S300 Turbo in a 57,62,64,66 compressor wheel and the exhaust wheel in a 65,71,74. I'm sure there are other sizes also, but these are the most common for our trucks.

Heres some info to read.

What about them? Are you showing how overpriced they are?

From what I have read I wouldnt put a Turbonetics on a diesel. They have a tendency to go BOOM!

The silver bullet may be s300 based but its a 74 pin wheel. The s.p.s. is 71 from what ive read. And for fueling, cut del. valves, either new era 435's or ddp stage 4's, 4kgsk, zero plate, afc worked,-- valve springs, 12mm studs, and some other expensive crap. Again it will be drag only, is this heavy enough fueling, if not please suggestions are appreciated!! I just know im not going with twins on the first year of racing, a large single will have to do, maybe next year ill use it with a good smaller charger and have twins... thanks Ryan

sorry. The 74mm wheels are NEW within the last 6-8 months. The old SB used to be a 71mm. Now they call it the SPS66. The SB used to be a 66/71/14 S300 based turbo.
If you look on HTT site, they dont even offer a 74mm wheel yet.

Just go twins. I am running a sps62 with DDP4s and 181dvs, 4kgsk, 0 plate, 60# springs, 12mm ARPs, orings, .020 gasket, Brand NEW UNMILLED Stage 2 port and polish head with 5 angle valve job, backcut valves, my compression is now lower.

I thought this was it, but now there is a big S475 sitting at the front door waiting to go in this winter with a bunch of 304ss polished elbows and pipe

Sounds somewhat simular to my build, exc. full cuts and a 66 rather than the 62 pump. Did you buy a zero plate or grind your own? Any idea where you are in HP? Cant wait to get her up and going!

I ground my own. Real easy FLAT. Sometimes I wish I did a 100 plate. Alittle less fuel on the low end.

Forrest Nearing did 525 with a SPS62 and DDP4s in his 12 valve. So I figure I'm right around there.
I'm hoping for mid 600s when the S475 is installed.
Problem with big singles is they are VERY laggy. I use mine as a daily driver and my tow rig for my camper (hence the S475).
EGTs get a little hot.

You might be surprised with them full cuts. They might be to much fuel.
I never really read to many positive threads about laser cuts or full cuts. It seems as though everyone likes 181s and 191s.

I was reading on Comp. Diesel that some of those guys are using a 181/131 hybrid delivery valve.
