Re:Where to start?

Mack first get your timeing reset to 15 to 16 and then buy a set ofinjectors, I would go with the 370 but the 300 that I have have seved me well. same price for them but If you would want to go any farther in the HP I would get 370 just so you don't have to go through what I'm doing now, getting the 370's
Then get a new cam plate. I don't know what mine is because I modified it. They are labeled wht the HP they will give you. Maybe someone else would know. As of EGTs I have not had a really big problem. With the stock air box and K&N air filter I can hit 1500 if I want but I usally don't ever get that high. I have a 26/2 housing that I will install after winter. Also get a 3or 4k gov kit. I drove a friends with a 3k and it is great.
Hope in all of that you found the answers to your Q.
Aaron

Re:Where to start?

O and the stacks were a piece of cake. I made all of the pipeing from the down pipe through the bed and out to the stacks. I got the pipe for free. The only cost was the clamps and two 4" to 5" adapters. I cut 45 degree angles and welded it together for the 90 degree angles that had to be put under the stacks to go across the bed and then another under the bed to go to the downpipe. Took two days of work to do it. I had to waite until the black paint dried to install them.
Aaron
