where does the waist gate actuater hose go

I have a hose comming out of the waist gate with a bolt in it.. I know this keeps it closed but where does it go stock? I have no spot on the turbo housing. No tee on fuel pump.

on the drivers side on the intake manifold on the side there is a 1/8" npt plug it is usually easier if you use a 45* or 90* fitting first

There is a steel line that runs across the head, from the AFC to the wastegate actuator. Most likely, the tee and line was removed when they plugged the wastegate (which wasn't necessary). To be honest, I'd leave it as is. Unless you're hitting 40+ psi on the stock turbo, wastegating isn't going to benefit you much.
