Where to buy new intercooler boots?
I found my boots to be very soft and the Ps one to the intercooler is cut on the fender. Is there a place that sells all 4 for one low price? The truck will stay mostly stock, no need for anything fancy. I plan on getting gauges, soon. haven't had time lately...
thanks, kent

They're not cheap, but a least 4 heavy duty ones cost less than one flimsy one from the dealer here http://www.piersdiesel.com/

Ebay.. Vulcan Performance. 4 hoses, 8 clamps, high performance silicone hoses, 160.00 (ish) delivered to my door. They fit great! And they are a nice blue color! Dont forget to bend the fender with a tinners pliers so they dont get cut again.

Put a tire patch on the inside of the boot, short of that get a truck inner tube cut it to fit inside the boot with a liberal dose of Shoo Goo, I think that's how it's spelled it seems it grew almost anything to anything.

Just hope that any patch you do doesn't come off and get struck in the inner cooler.
I've seen how much the stock tubes balloon out under just 20 psi boost, it's scary.
Seems to me it would be hard to get a patch to stick with that kind of expansion.
I like the tube idea though as long as it can go on under the clamps on both ends with the stock boot on top of it.
Seems like it would be a pretty good trick to pull off though, the boots are hard enough to get on just by themselves let alone with something underneath.
