whats a fair price

i have found what i think is a 94 2500 reg cab 4 speed truck 2 wd under 110 k needs paint what do you all think is a fair priceto pay thnks wes

I'll guess 6500 if it's clean and only needs some paint work which is to be expected with the older dodges.
