I have a 1989 w-250 cummins turbo diesel auto trans, 4wd, std cab, long bed. I am wondering what i would need to change this truck from an auto to a manual trans. And if i did this could i use a hydrulic clutch?

Good luck finding a 5600 or parts for it. A second gen conversion used to cost around $4000, no idea what it is now. A member of the TDR has a NV4500 in his 1st Gen. They both use hydraulic clutch linkage.
