well I was looking at the turbo on the truck the other day, and noticed it has a quite a bit play in the bearing, and got wondering, does an hx-35 or an hx-40 have all the same flanges as the wh-1c?? simply because my turbo has to be rebuilt anyways, so why not upgrade to a better one??

any information would be greatly appreciated.

 

HX35 is a drop in affair. HX40 will need a new downpipe.

I read a while back , that a repair / upgrade kit was easy & cheap for the WHC1 , I noticed this , because that is what I have .
I thought I had a link , but could not find .
