Water in fuel sensor wires how do I disconnect?

95 cummins new to this, how do I disconnect those wires for doing the fuel filter change?

On a '95 the trick to making the filter change ten times easier is to remove the two nuts that hold the master cylinder to the brake booster.
Even though it doesn't look like it you can now move the whole master towards the fender without bending or removing any lines.
Gives you a ton of room to get at the filter.
Trick only works on '94-'96 trucks with vacuum assisted brakes.
